Congratulations to Lynden High School running back Steven DiLorenzo for being voted Scorebook Live's WAFD Bank Athlete of the Week!

DiLorenzo rushed 26 times for 180 yards, including the game-winning 35-yard TD late in the fourth quarter, to lead Lynden to a 29-26 win over Washougal in the WIAA 2A football quarterfinals.

DiLorenzo received 26.7% of the vote, beating out Mt. Spokane volleyball player Malina Ama who finished with 23.4%. Kennewick RB Myles Mayovsky finished third with 14.6% and Steilacoom RB Rasun Williams was fourth with 9.6%.

Here are the other athletes who were nominated for Nov. 18-24:

Rasun Williams, Steilacoom RB: Williams had a night to remember in Steilacoom's 48-15 win over Prosser, rushing for 225 yards and a TD on 27 carries.

Julien Simon, Lincoln WR: Simon caught five passes for 152 yards and three touchdowns and had a sack and two tackles for loss in Lincoln's 56-21 win over Marysville-Pilchuck.

Malina Ama, Mt. Spokane volleyball: Ama led the Wildcats with 14 kills as they beat Capital in five sets to win the 3A volleyball state championship.

Jen Estes, Lake Washington soccer: Estes scored what turned out to be the game-winning goal in Lake Washington's 3-1 victory over Bellevue in the 3A girls soccer state championship.

Dalton Payne, Washougal QB: Payne, a senior, threw for 310 yards and four touchdowns in Washougal's 29-26 quarterfinal loss to Lynden.

Noah Stifle, Woodinville QB: The senior completed 11 of 19 passes for 183 yards and three touchdowns, and added 60 rushing yards and a pair of scores in Woodinville's 55-42 upset of Kennedy Catholic.

Chey Jones, Tahoma volleyball: Jones had 24 kills and three blocks to help lead Tahoma over Lake Stevens in the WIAA 4A volleyball state championship.

Jacques Badolato-Birdsell, Camas RB: Badolato-Birdsell rushed for 185 yards and two touchdowns to help lead Camas to a 56-27 victory over Puyallup in the 4A football quarterfinals.

Sydney Evans, Puyallup soccer: Evans scored the championship-winning goal in the final seconds to give Puyallup a 2-1 victory over Auburn Riverside in the 4A girls soccer state championship.

Myles Mayovsky, Kennewick RB: Mayovsky carried the ball 23 times for 106 yards in Kennewick's 21-20 3A playoff victory over Bethel.
