From sidelines to tree stand: Chiawana football coach Steve Graff talks retirement, favorite coaching moments and what's next

PASCO — Of his 37 years on the sideline -- 23 as a head football coach -- it's hard for Steve Graff to parse out one particular memory that stands above the rest.
The coaching resume, which the longtime Chiawana coach is quick to brush off, is mighty impressive: four WIAA state championships, two runner-up finishes, 13 league titles and numerous playoff experiences.
