The Mesquite Wildcats defeated the Cactus Cobras to win the 4A Arizona high school football state championship.

The Mesquite Wildcats defeated the Cactus Cobras 39-38 on Friday at Highland High School in Gilbert to win the 4A Arizona high school football state championship.
