Ari Dyson, Luella girls basketball

Dyson led her team in points (23), rebounds (7), and blocks (4) to take Luella to the elite eight.

Jah’Kim Payne, Alexander boys basketball

Payne powered Alexander to a win in the first round vs. Chattahoochee with his 18-point, 10-rebound performance.

Keshawn Evans, Druid Hills boys basketball

Evans was getting buckets and was a beast on the boards with 17 points and 14 rebounds in a win over Chestatee.

Dennis Scott III, Mount Vernon boys basketball

Scott did a little of everything in Mount Vernon’s win over Christian Heritage. He had 19 points, seven rebounds, two assists and three steals.

Zion Odoms, Northeast boys basketball

Odoms dominated the inside vs. Berrien with an 18-point, 15-rebound double-double. He also added two assists and three blocks.

Kanaan Carlyle, Milton boys basketball

Carlyle stepped up big time for Milton as he scored a game-high 27 points in the first round vs. Meadowcreek. He added seven rebounds and three assists.

Macey Ansell, Tattnall County girls basketball

Ansell had a double-double of 15 points and 10 rebounds, but her most important points were the last two that were the dagger to sink Beach.

Tianna Thompson, Galloway girls basketball

Thompson showed her true star status in the first round as she scored a game-high 27 points, with five rebounds, three assists, two blocks and five steals.

Kaleigh Addie, Greater Atlanta Christian girls basketball

Addie and her 22 points, five steals and five assists powered GAC past Johnson for a trip to the elite eight.

Dalen Gales, Jefferson boys basketball

Gales was on a mission to get Jefferson to the elite eight with a 25-point, six-rebound, three-assist performance.

Rett VanDeMark, HALO boys basketball

VanDeMark had a triple-double in his last game, with 19 points, 15 rebounds and 12 assists, in addition to five steals.

Wade Kahl, Centennial boys basketball

Kahl put up 17 points, 10 rebounds and two steals in the sweet 16 vs. Carrollton.

Delrecco Gillespie, East Coweta boys basketball

Gillespie dominated the paint with 15 points and nine blocks to help ensure the victory vs. South Gwinnett.

Ted Hurst, Johnson (Savannah) boys basketball

Hurst balled out vs. Tattnall with 23 points, 10 rebounds, two assists, three steals and a block.

Jessica Fields, Mount Paran girls basketball

Fields did everything in her power to ensure a first-round win for the Eagles. She scored 24 points, secured 14 boards and had five blocks.

Antonio Baker, Johnson (Savannah) boys basketball

Baker’s 22 points, five rebounds, five assists and four steals led Johnson to the elite eight.

Chase Cormier, Milton boys basketball

Milton defeated Marietta in the sweet 16 as Cormier almost outscored Marietta by himself with 28 points, adding two rebounds and two assists.

Anthony Arrington Jr., Galloway boys basketball

Arrington led all players in scoring (21), rebounds (9) and steals (5). He also had five assists.
