As if it wasn't scary enough for the rest of the country, one of the most loaded recruiting classes in college football history just received a late addition in the form of a pass rushing phenom.

Five-star defensive end Lebbeus "LT" Overton from Georgia announced his commitment to Texas A&M on Friday, bolstering the Aggies' No. 1 ranked recruiting class for 2022.

Overton, who was originally slated to graduate from Milton High School in 2023, decided to graduate early and expedite his recruitment process.

The 6-foot-4, 265-pound edge rusher racked up 21.5 sacks as a sophomore in 2020. An injury shortened his 2021 campaign, but he still managed to get 7.5 sacks for the Class 7A state runner-up.

“His play speaks for itself," former Milton head coach Adam Clack said. "Any time he’s on the field, he has the ability to take it over."

In addition to tearing up offenses on the gridiron, Overton is a force on the hardwood

After transferring from Bessemer Academy (Alabama) halfway through his freshman year, he joined the basketball and football teams at Milton.

Overton joins a Texas A&M recruiting class that was already considered the best in college football history. He will be the fourth 5-star defensive lineman and one of eight total 5-stars moving to College Station this year.
