Photos: Lapwai completes perfect season with 88-46 win over Kamiah in Idaho 1A DI state championship
Lapwai has now won 12 boys basketball state championships
NAMPA, Idaho - Kase Wynott racked up 30 points, 7 rebounds and 3 steals to lead Lapwai to an 88-46 victory over Kamiah in the Idaho Class 1A Division 1 boys basketball state championship on Saturday.
The win caps an undefeated season for Lapwai and gives the program their 12th state championship - the second most-ever titles in state history.
Titus Yearout had 21 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 steals for Lapwai. Kross Taylor added 20 points.
David Kludt led Kamiah with 11 points.
