Here's a look at the latest SBLive Illinois Power 25 girls basketball rankings (with records through Feb. 20):

1. Nazareth (30-1)

Last week: 1

The Roadrunners have won 25 straight after rolling to the Class 3A St. Laurence Regional title with a forfeit victory over Comer and a 73-27 triumph over the hosts. They play De La Salle Tuesday in the Goode Sectional semifinals.

2. Fremd (31-2)

Last week: 2

The Vikings' winning streak is at 14 after they beat Zion-Benton 88-35 and Warren 52-19 at the Class 4A Warren Regional. They face Lake Zurich Tuesday in the Highland Park Sectional semis.

3. Young (25-5)

Last week: 3

The Dolphins defeated Jones 89-32 and Oak Lawn 74-39 to win their own 4A regional. They face the No. 12 hosts Tuesday in the Lyons Sectional semifinals.

4. Geneva (27-3)

Last week: 4

The Vikings beat Bartlett 65-25 and Conant 55-29 to win the 4A Conant Regional and stretch their winning streak to 11 games. They play Lake Park Tuesday in the Glenbard West Sectional semifinals.

5. Bolingbrook (27-3)

Last week: 5

The Raiders downed Bloom 62-23 and Marist 65-54 to win the 4A Andrew Regional. They play Lincoln-Way West Tuesday in the Romeoville Sectional semifinals.

6. Kenwood (28-5)

Last week: 6

The Broncos won their own 4A regional, beating Simeon 105-34 in the final. Next up is Mother McAuley Tuesday in the Lyons Sectional semis.

7. Alton (31-1)

Last week: 7

The Redbirds won their own 4A regional by beating Granite City 81-28 and Quincy 58-31. They play the No. 8 hosts Tuesday in the O'Fallon Sectional semis. It'll be the rivals' fourth meeting this season; Alton won two of the first three.

8. O'Fallon (29-4)

Last week: 8

The Panthers have won nine in a row after beating Belleville West 71-21 and Belleville East 63-20 at the 4A Belleville East Regional. They host No. 7 Alton in the teams' fourth meeting of the season on Tuesday in a sectional semifinal.

9. Hersey (25-8)

Last week: 9

The Huskies defeated Prospect 78-55 to win their own 4A regional. They play No. 13 Libertyville Tuesday in the Highland Park Sectional semis.

10. Loyola (27-6)

Last week: 10

The Ramblers won their own 4A regional, beating Leyden 66-16 and Evanston 43-30. They meet No. 15 York Tuesday in the New Trier Sectional semis.

The Redwings knocked off Plainfield South 68-23 and the hosts 57-34 to win the 4A Yorkville Regional. They play Neuqua Valley Tuesday in the West Aurora Sectional semis.

12. Lyons (28-4)

Last week: 12

The Lions have won 14 straight after beating Hinsdale Central 56-33 to win the 4A Riverside-Brookfield Regional. They face No, 3 Young Tuesday in the Proviso East Sectional semifinals.

13. Libertyville (29-4)

Last week: 13

The Wildcats' winning streak is at 12 after a 44-33 victory over the hosts in the 4A Rolling Meadows Regional final. They play No. 9 Hersey Tuesday in the Highland Park Sectional semis.

14. Montini (25-7)

Last week: 14

The Broncos beat Glenbard South 71-33 to win the 3A Hinsdale South Regional. They play Burlington Central Tuesday in the Glenbard South Sectional semis.

15. York (25-6)

Last week: 15

The Dukes downed the hosts 54-33 to win the 4A Glenbrook North Regional. They meet No. 10 Loyola Tuesday in the New Trier Sectional semifinals.

16. Barrington (24-8)

Last week: 16

The Fillies' winning streak is at nine games after a 54-20 victory against Dundee-Crown in the 4A Jacobs Regional title game. They play Harlem Tuesday in the Hampshire Sectional semifinals.

17. St. Ignatius (26-6)

Last week: 17

The Wolfpack won their own 3A regional, beating Muchin 56-15 and Payton 69-35. They play Hyde Park Tuesday in the Goode Sectional semifinals.

18. Deerfield (26-5)

Last week: 18

The Warriors have won seven in a row after beating Grayslake North 87-34 to win the 3A Crystal Lake South Regional. They host a sectional and will face Lake Forest in Tuesday's semifinals.

19. Carmel (23-8)

Last week: 19

The Corsairs downed the hosts 67-17 and Crystal Lake Central 58-37 to win the 3A Woodstock North Regional. They play Vernon Hills Tuesday in the Deerfield Sectional semis.

20. Maine South (24-7)

Last week: 20

The Hawks beat the hosts 59-29 to win the 4A Maine West Regional. They play Glenbrook South Tuesday in the New Trier Sectional semis.

21. Lincoln (32-0)

Last week: 21

The Railsplitters rolled to the 3A Bloomington Regional title with wins over Rantoul (88-11) and Champaign Central (74-37). They play Mt. Zion Tuesday in the Rochester Sectional semis.

22. Peoria (25-3)

Last week: 22

The Lions beat the hosts 56-34 to win the 3A Dunlap Regional. They play Galesburg Tuesday in the Peoria Richwoods Sectional semis.

23. Normal (30-3)

Last week: 23

Normal won its own 4A regional, beating Moline 72-49 and Minooka 60-52. They play East Moline United at Normal West in an O'Fallon Sectional semifinal.

24. Quincy Notre Dame (31-1)

Last week: 24

The Raiders have won 24 in a row after beating Sacred Heart-Griffin 54-43 to win their own 2A regional. They play Hillsboro Tuesday in the Pleasant Plains Sectional semifinals.

25. Washington (25-4)

Last week: NR

The Panthers beat the hosts 57-40 and Peoria Notre Dame 59-48 to win the 3A Limestone Regional. They face Geneseo Tuesday in the Peoria Richwoods Sectional semis.
