Walker Jr. made a highlights play in the Michigan high school football state championship
DETROIT — The Belleville Tigers (13-0) play the Southfield A&T Warriors (12-0) in the Michigan high school football Division 1 state championship game on Sunday at Ford Field.
In the first quarter, linebacker Adrian Walker Jr. tipped a pass from Southfield A&T quarterback Isaiah Marshall and caught it behind his back.
Belleville scored on the next possession for a 7-6 lead just before the second quarter.
Adrian Walker Jr. is a junior with offers from Colorado, LSU and Michigan State, among others, according to 247sports.com.
