Photos: Neshoba Central holds off West Jones, advances to MHSAA 5A state championship game

The Rockets will play Columbus in the 5A state championship game at 5 p.m. Friday afternoon

Carly Keats scored 19 points to lead Neshoba Central to a 60-57 victory over West Jones in the MHSAA Class 5A girls basketball state semifinals on Tuesday.

Neshoba Central (32-0) led 35-20 at halftime and had to hold off a furious second-half rally by West Jones. Veronica Jones added 13 points for the Rockets

The Rockets will play Columbus in the 5A state championship game at 5 p.m. Friday afternoon.
