Congratulations to Marquette boys track and field star Caleb Cody-Jackson for being voted SBLive’s Missouri High School Athlete of the Week for May 9-15!

The junior took the lead within the final few moments of the 1,600-meter run relay to help Marquette’s relay team claim the event’s crown at the Class 5 District 2 meet.

Cody-Jackson ran away with this week's honor, receiving 95.85% of the total vote.

Kosta Radoman, Parkway West boys water polo

Radoman netted a game-high six goals for the Longhorns en route to their 14-7 win over Ladue in the district tournament semifinals.

Isaiah Rose, Valley Park baseball

Rose, a junior, nabbed his sixth win of the season when he went four innings with only one run on two hits to help lead Valley Park to an 11-1 win over Bayless last Wednesday.

Kennedy Whitaker, Parkway West girls track and field

The junior captured first place in both the 1,600- and 3,200-meter races, along with anchoring West’s fourth-place finish in the 1,600-meter relay, at the Class 5 District 2 meet.

Devin Tracy, North Point girls soccer

Tracy, just a freshman, recorded her seventh clean sheet of the season during North Point’s 3-0 win against Winfield in the first round of the Class 2 District 5 Tournament.

Tony Knight, Hancock baseball

Knight, a junior, dealt a complete-game shutout during Hancock’s 6-0 win over Maplewood-Richmond Heights in the first round of the Class 4 District 3 Tournament. He struck out 10 batters while only walking one and allowing a mere five hits.

Mackenzie Garr, Central (St. Joseph) girls track and field

Garr, a junior, nabbed first place in both the shot put and discus at the Class 5 District 8 meet last Saturday at Liberty High School.

Alex Lebedev, Metro boys tennis

Lebedev used a 6-1, 6-3 victory last Thursday in sectionals to punch his ticket to the Class 1 State Tournament.

Brandon Harris, SLUH boys water polo

Harris, a junior, had three shots find the back of the net during the first half of SLUH’s 10-5 win over Parkway Central last Thursday.

Abigail McBride, Marshfield girls track and field

McBride, just a sophomore, won both the triple jump and long jump at the Class 4 District 6 meet last Saturday at Carl Junction High School.

Bailey Boulay, Eureka girls lacrosse

Boulay, a sophomore, tallied a team-high four goals during the Wildcats’ 15-7 win over Cor Jesu last Thursday.

Annie Calhoon, John Burroughs girls lacrosse

Calhoon scored the game-winning goal in the waning moments of a matchup with Lafayette to give the Bombers a 9-8 win over the Lancers last Wednesday.

Jack Meyer, Pacific baseball

Meyer, a junior pitcher, struck out eight batters and only walked one to help lead Pacific to a 3-2 win over Union last Tuesday. It clinched the Indians’ first outright conference title since 2016.

Trevor Klein, East Buchanan boys track and field

Klein, a sophomore, rewrote the school’s record book by nabbing first place in the triple jump with a first-place leap of 13.47 meters.

Joey Key, Francis Howell North boys golf

Key, a senior, shot a 1-under-par 71, which helped him tie for medal honors at the Class 5 District 2 Tournament last Monday.

Peyton Anderson, Benton girls soccer

Anderson, a junior, tallied a hat trick to help lead the Cardinals past conference foe Lafayette (St. Joseph), 7-0, last Wednesday at Scott Marriott Field.

Adam Snoke, Lutheran South boys track and field

Snoke, a junior, won the 800-, 1,600- and 3,200-meter races at the Class 3 District 2 meet last Saturday in Herculaneum, Missouri.

Cole Horton, Savannah boys tennis

Horton, a sophomore, punched his ticket to sectionals with a 6-2, 6-0 win to help lead Savannah to a 5-2 win over Maryville in the Class 1 District 16 championship.

Chris Guldan, Bishop LeBlond baseball

Guldan, a senior, left his final regular-season home game on the right note, striking out seven batters in six innings to help lead the Eagles to a 6-0 win over Albany last Monday.

Tristen Parker, Hollister boys track and field

Parker, a senior, won all three of the 100, 200 and 400-meter dashes at the Class 3 District 6 meet last Saturday at Lamar High School.
