LEE'S SUMMIT, Mo. – The Lee's Summit West boys basketball team got off to a strong start with 21 first-quarter points and rolled past visiting Liberty North for a 65-45 victory on Friday night.
Lee's Summit West, ranked sixth in the SBLive Missouri Power 25 boys basketball rankings, improved to 19-2.
Logan Bishop made five 3-pointers and finished with a game-high 26 points, including 20 in the second half. Chaz Watson and David Mayo added nine points apiece.
Javon Smith led Liberty North (11-10) with 15 points.
