The 2025 Missouri high school girls volleyball class and district assignments show relatively little movement from last year, with most schools remaining in their previous classes and districts.

In Class 1, Marquand-Zion moves to District 6, while School of the Ozarks shifts to District 8. In Class 2, Adrian joins District 12, and Barstow moves to District 14. Beyond these changes, the majority of programs remain in familiar districts across Classes 3 through 5.

Here are the full Class 1–5 MSHSAA class and district assignments for girls volleyball.
