CORONA, CALIF. – With the game tied and the clock winding down in overtime, Mater Dei junior wing Lani White knocked down a cold-blooded, buzzer-beating three-pointer to lift the Monarchs to an 83-80 win over Corona Centennial on Thursday night. The last-second shot gave the undefeated Monarchs' their second straight CIF Southern Section Open Division girls basketball title.
