Isabel Gomez scores game-high 14 points to lift Lightning to victory

SACRAMENTO - Isabel Gomez scored a game-high 14 points and teammate Emily Eadie added 13 to lift Sage Hill over San Joaquin Memorial 51-47 on Saturday afternoon in the CIF State Division II girls basketball championship at the Golden 1 Center.

Gomez and Eadie had 11 rebounds each for the Lightning (27-10) while Kat Righeimer contributed 11 points.

Meadow Roland led San Joaquin Memorial (27-7) with 10 points and Alexis Swillis grabbed a game-high 13 rebounds.
