Sydney Poor, Bedford Girls Basketball: The junior point guard led Bedford with 12 points in win No. 10 on the season against Boston Latin School, 50-37.

Nick LaConte, Essex Tech Boys Hockey: Scored 2 goals in a win over Minuteman. The Hawks are now unbeaten in last 6 games, improving their record to 8-1-2.

Bridget Gray, Belmont Girls Hockey: Gray recorded 33 saves in a 3-2 Senior Night win over Burlington.

Ella Williamson, Abington Girls Basketball: Had 22 points, 5 steals, and 2 assists in a 58-36 win over Plymouth South.

Brady Spencer, Pembroke Boys Basketball: Led Pembroke with a game-high 30 points in a 70-69 win over Whitman-Hanson.

Natalia Hall-Rosa, Bridgewater-Raynham Girls Basketball: The sophomore had a team-high 16 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists, and 2 steals in a 49-44 win over St. Mary’s.

Zack Tagliamonte, Oliver Ames Boys Basketball: Recorded 18 points in a 65-56 win over Foxboro.

Dan Cory, Austin Prep Boys Swimming: Cory was the individual winner in the 200 free and 500 free in a 97-67 team win over Triton.

Gabriella Breanick, Andover Gymnastics: Set Andover's all-around record with a 38.1 in 141.2-133 team win over North Andover.

Kellyn Preira, St. Mary's Girls Basketball: Had 25 points in a 83-21 win over Austin Prep.

Katelyn Cardoso, Medfield Girls Hockey: Recorded the shutout in overtime 1-0 win over Canton.

Jaeden Greenleaf, Cape Cod Academy Boys Basketball: Scored 39 points, 6 rebounds, and 4 steals in a 87-54 win over Martha's Vineyard Regional.

Zack Baker, Grafton Boys Hockey: The sophomore scored a goal and an assist in a 5-6 loss against Assabet Valley RVT.
