New Albany left little doubt Tuesday night that the Eagles are primed for the playoffs, scoring a 13-0 opening-round rout of St. Francis DeSales in five innings.

Seven Eagles had a two-hit night, with senior Sophia Angles leading the way with a double and three RBIs. Freshman Ava Bowersock drove in two and scored two, while Jordan George stole four bases.
