Anna Aey, South Range softball 

The freshman blasted a two-run homer in the seventh inning to lead the Raiders to a 4-3 win over Triway.

Landan Browning, Archbishop Hoban baseball

Led the Knights to a 6-1 district championship victory over Massillon, giving up one run, allowing a pair of walks and striking out five over six innings.

Carsyn Cassady, Watkins Memorial softball

Pitched a complete game, allowing two hits and striking out 10 to beat Marysville 6-0 and three-peat as Division I regional champs.

Tryce Chaffin, Bloom-Carroll baseball

In a 9-6 playoff win over Johnathan Alder, Chaffin went 3-for-4 with an RBI and three runs scored.

Drew Erdmann, Walsh Jesuit baseball

The University of Cincinnati commit tossed a five-inning perfect-game with nine strikeouts to defeat Louisville 10-0.

Keegan Holmstrom, Grove City baseball 

The Ohio State commit allowed three hits and struck out 11 to beat Bishop Watterson 4-3 and earn its second consecutive Division I district title.

Riley Jackson, Tallmadge softball

The junior pitched a complete game and had nine strikeouts and five walks en route to a 10-5 win over Maumee in a Division II regional final.

Jules King, Steubenville softball

King pitched a complete game and struck out 13 while going 4-for-4 at the plate with three runs scored. Steubenville defeated Unioto 6-4 to punch a ticket to the program’s first state tournament.

Adria Miller, Parkway softball

In a 10-3 victory over Covington, Miller had a triple, a double and three RBIs to advance to the state semifinals.

Rodney Rachel, Badin baseball 

Went 3-for-3 with a home run and six RBIs in a 10-0 win over Kenton Ridge in five innings to take the Division II district crown.

Aubrey Smith, Lebanon softball

Had eight strikeouts in 4.2 innings to lead the program to a 7-0 victory over Fairfield and advance to the state semifinals.

Elisha Steiner, Wooster baseball

Pitched a complete game against St. Ignatius to lead Wooster to a 3-2 win and their first Division I district final since 1998. Steiner allowed four hits and a run in the first inning.

Sydnie Watts, Austintown Fitch softball

In an 11-1 win over Walsh Jesuit, Watts blasted a solo home run in the fourth inning and allowed four hits and one walk on the mound while striking out 11. She also threw a no-hitter in the district semifinals in a 2-0 win over Berea-Midpark.

Ben Weigand, Cincinnati Elder baseball

With the score tied 2-2 at the top of the 15th inning, the right fielder had an RBI single that would prove to be the game-winner as Elder defeated Lebanon 6-2 to claim their 32nd district title.

Brezlen Zipfel, Defiance baseball

Scored two runs as the Bulldogs defeated Bryan 3-0.
