Brown hits buzzer-beater to lift Lady Titans to 5A regional championship

Jakary Brown made a game-ending play to give her team a regional title. 

Brown, a sophomore guard for Midwest City Carl Albert, converted a jump shot in the lane to beat the buzzer, lifting the Lady Titans to the 5A regional title with a 39-37 win against Del City on Feb. 22.

For her efforts, Torres was voted the SBLive Oklahoma High School Athlete of the Week for Feb. 19-25.
