Meet the players for the 2022 Les Schwab Bowl: AJ Perez (Team Willamette)

AJ is a two-time 6A Three Rivers League All-Conference wide receiver out of Tigard High School.

The 2022 Les Schwab Bowl, a high school football all-star game featuring many of the Northwest’s top players, will take place Saturday, July 2, at Linfield University in McMinnville. Get your tickets here.

AJ is a two-time 6A Three Rivers League All-Conference wide receiver out of Tigard High School. He has played wide receiver and defensive back at the varsity level since his sophomore year. He is also a receiver on the MVP 7v7 squad out of Eugene. From Matt Quinn, MVP Director: “AJ is the best route-runner I’ve seen in the last five years. He understands leverage on his routes to always get open. His ability to win on routes and 50/50 balls are second-to-none.” AJ carries a 3.3 GPA and looks forward to studying Sports Marketing in the future. AJ enjoys sharing his football stories with the residents of the retirement community in which he serves meals and making them smile.
