Four Ohio teams finish in top 10 of SBLive's Midwest regional football rankings

Two Ohio high school football powers top our Midwest regional rankings, with St. Edward winning a third consecutive Division I state title and Massillon earning its first since being named champion by The Associated Press in 1970.

SBLive's Midwest regional high school football rankings include teams from Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota.

These are the final rankings of the 2023 season.
