For months, Central Catholic High School tight end Riley Williams has said he will be in Eugene for the Oregon Ducks spring game Saturday.

On Wednesday, the nation's No. 2 tight end reminded fans of those plans, confirming he will be at Oregon as scheduled:

The 6-foot-6, 230-pound pass-catcher named a top eight earlier this month, consisting of Alabama, LSU, Miami (Fla.), Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State, Ole Miss and Oregon.

For Williams, the Ducks may prove difficult to pass up.

Not only is his brother, Korbin Williams, currently a wide receiver on the team, but two of Williams' uncles played for the Ducks in previous eras.

That interest in mutual.

Oregon has made Williams a massive priority in the 2023 recruiting cycle, as he is the top in-state prospect in the state.

In fact, he might go down as the most heavily-offered prospect in modern state history.

But will he stay in the state at the next level?

Dan Lanning and his coaching staff have a chance to continue making a big impression on him over the weekend.
