Justin Scott, Ohio State 5-star defensive line commit, wears Georgia gloves in game: Look

St. Ignatius (Illinois) five-star defensive lineman Justin Scott committed to Ohio State this summer.
His gear Friday, however, may raise some eyebrows.
The 6-foot-4, 310-pound defensive lineman showed off his Georgia Bulldogs gloves, as reported by Rivals' Clint Cosgrove:

I’m not sure if I’ve seen a commit wearing their team gloves in person this year 🤷♂️ pic.twitter.com/zM1VX85RvG
Scott, who is rated the nation's No. 14 overall prospect and No. 3 defensive lineman, considered the Bulldogs a serious contender for his services this summer prior to his commitment to Ohio State.
He is the third highest-rated pledge in Ohio State's 2024 recruiting class, behind only Chaminade-Madonna (Florida) star Jeremiah Smith and New Haven (Indiana) playmaker Mylan Graham.
Often too much is made of a recruit's gameday gear.
Sometimes it matches their high school uniform, or sometimes a pair of cleats or gloves is particularly comfortable.
Either way, Scott's choice of gloves is likely to be a topic of conversation among both Ohio State and Georgia fans.
