Akili Smith Jr., Oregon Ducks quarterback commit, throws 99-yard touchdown pass: Look

Like father, like son.
During his playing days, former Oregon Ducks star Akili Smith was known for his big arm and his knack for delivering highlight-worthy touchdowns.
Lincoln (California) quarterback Akili Smith Jr. isn't far behind in that department.
The 6-foot-5, 200-pound signal-caller and Oregon pledge is rated the nation's No. 62 overall prospect and No. 5 quarterback in the class of 2025.
And on Friday night he provided a sliver of evidence as to why, delivering a 99-yard touchdown pass.

Overall, Oregon's 2025 recruiting class is ranked No. 6 nationally and consists of four pledges, highlighted by the possible future connection of Smith and a pair of elite wide receivers, Tampa Bay Tech (Florida) star Dallas Wilson and Weiss (Texas) playmaker Adrian Wilson.
