Crespi defeats Sylmar 13-0

QB Hamish McClure picked up 119 passing yards and threw for 2 touchdowns to lead Crespi to a 13-0 win over Sylmar on Friday night at Sylmar High School.

The Celts also recieved key efforts from WR Anthony Booker who rushed 13 times for 111 yards and S Nolan Bennett who caught 2 passes for 76 yards and 1 touchdown.

Sylmar’s Emiliano Contreres threw for 41 yards and Erinn Jones Jr. picked up 152 rushing yards.

The win helps Crespi improve to 1-0 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Crespi will challenge the Aquinas Falcons at home on Friday September 1 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.

Sylmar will challenge the Palisades Dolphins at home on Thursday August 31 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
