Fairfax Lions cruises by Sylmar Spartans 41-7 in California high school football game

Fairfax High School Quarterback Scott Harris picked up 64 passing yards and threw for 2 touchdowns to help Fairfax Lions to a 41-7 win over Sylmar Spartans on Friday night in a high school football game.

The Lions also received key efforts from Running back Jordan Reed who rushed 12 times for 58 yards and 1 touchdown and Linebacker Kendrell Ross who rushed 3 times for 34 yards.

Sylmar’s Andy Magallanes threw for 12 yards and Joseph Morales had 12 receiving yards.

The win helps Fairfax improve to 7-4 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
