Rodriquez’s points came on 5 field goals, 4 three pointers and 9 of 9 free throws during the game.

Highland was led by Taylor Turner’s 31 points and Antonio Griego added 9. Highland fell to 0-1 overall while Rio Grande improved their record to 0-0.

Highland’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Tuesday Jan. 24 at 7:00pm versus Atrisco Heritage Academy.
