West Mesa’s Jose Vigil led all scorers with 20 points as the Mustangs beat Highland 45-37 in a game at West Mesa.”

Vigil’s points came on 2 field goals, 2 three pointers and 10 of 10 free throws during the game.

Highland was led by Taylor Turner’s 11 points and Cael Apodaca added 9. Highland fell to 0-5 overall while West Mesa improved their record to 0-0.

Highland’s next game is scheduled to be played at ABQ High on Wednesday Feb. 15 at 7:00pm versus Albuquerque.
