Barlow Bruins edge Sherwood Bowmen 56-51 in Oregon high school basketball game

Barlow Forward Nathan Jones led the way with 13 points as the Bruins beat Sherwood Bowmen 56-51 in a game at Liberty High School, Hillsboro.

Jones’ points came on 5 field goals and 3 of 5 free throws during the game.

Caden Jenkins added 13. Sherwood fell to 3-5 overall while Barlow improved their record to 3-2.

Sherwood’s next game is scheduled to be played at on Tuesday Jan. 4 versus Sunset. Barlow will travel to on Wednesday Jan. 5 to play Clackamas.
