La Salle Prep’s Jonah Pemberton led all scorers with 27 points as the Falcons beat Sandy High School 70-50 in a game at La Salle.”
Pemberton’s points came on 9 field goals and 9 of 11 free throws during the game.
Sandy High School was led by Jadon Floyd’s 10 points and Mason Gorski added 8. Sandy High School fell to 0-1 overall while La Salle Prep improved their record to 6-1.
La Salle Prep will travel to Milwaukie High School on Friday Feb. 3 at 7:15pm to play Milwaukie.
