South Eugene Axemen edges Grants Pass Cavemen 72-68 in Oregon high school basketball game

South Eugene Guard Cole Mc Aninch led the way with 18 points as the Axemen beat Grants Pass Cavemen 72-68 in a game.

Mc Aninch’s points came on 6 field goals and 2 three pointers during the game.

Randy Clark added 14. Grants Pass fell to 9-5 overall while South Eugene improved their record to 3-5.

Grants Pass’ next game is scheduled to be played at home on Tuesday Feb. 6 at 6:45pm versus North Medford. South Eugene will travel to on Wednesday Feb. 28 at 7:00pm to play Jesuit.
