Lake Oswego crushes Newberg 58-36

Lake Oswego’s Josh Angle led all scorers with 15 points as the Lakers beat Newberg 58-36 in a game at Lake Oswego HS.”

Angle’s points came on 2 field goals, 3 three pointers and 2 of 2 free throws during the game.

Newberg was led by Jack Chlumak’s 8 points and Alexander Jaczko added 8. Newberg fell to 6-4 overall while Lake Oswego improved their record to 7-3.

Newberg’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Thursday Jan. 4 at 7:00pm versus Tualatin. Lake Oswego will travel to on Friday Jan. 5 at 7:30pm to play Lakeridge.
