Grant defeats Cleveland 86-72

Grant’s Kelton Samore led all scorers with 31 points as the Generals beat Cleveland 86-72 in a game at Cleveland High School.”

Samore’s points came on 11 field goals, 1 three pointer and 6 of 7 free throws during the game.

Cleveland was led by Sethon Moore’s 29 points and Rowan Anderson added 16. Cleveland fell to 7-6 overall while Grant improved their record to 9-3.

Cleveland’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Wednesday Jan. 17 at 7:15pm versus Jefferson. Grant will host Lakeridge on Monday Jan. 15 at 5:15pm.
