West Linn crushes Newberg 73-45

West Linn’s Bryson Crockett led the way with 17 points as the Lions beat Newberg 73-45 in a game at Newberg High School.”

Crockett’s points came on 2 field goals, 4 three pointers and 1 of 1 free throws during the game.

Newberg was led by Alexander Jaczko’s 18 points and Jacob Willcuts added 8. Newberg fell to 6-6 overall while West Linn improved their record to 4-3.

Newberg’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Tuesday Jan. 30 at 7:00pm versus Lake Oswego. West Linn will travel to Tigard High School on Tuesday Jan. 30 at 7:00pm to play Tigard.
