Jefferson defeats Lincoln 63-56

Jefferson’s Marcus Tsohonis led all scorers with 17 points as the Democrats beat Lincoln 63-56 in a game at Lincoln High School.”

Tsohonis’ points came on 4 field goals and 9 of 11 free throws during the game.

Lincoln was led by Rasheed Butler’s 15 points and Aidan Anastas added 15. Lincoln fell to 10-5 overall while Jefferson improved their record to 9-3.

Lincoln’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Friday Feb. 2 at 7:15pm versus Wilson. Jefferson will travel to Benson High School on Friday Feb. 2 at 7:15pm to play Benson Tech.
