Madras White Buffaloes beat Bend Lava Bears 59-52 in OR high school basketball game

Madras Post Matthew Suppah Scott led all scorers with 32 points as the White Buffaloes beat Bend Lava Bears 59-52 in a game at Bend Senior High School.

Suppah Scott’s points came on 14 field goals and 4 of 4 free throws during the game.

Max Duncan added 15. Bend fell to 1-1 overall while Madras improved their record to 11-2.

Bend’s next game is scheduled to be played at Caldera High School on Tuesday Jan. 20 versus Caldera. Madras will travel to Stayton High School on Friday Jan. 16 to play Stayton.
