Ione Cardinals defeat Pine Eagle Spartans 51-34 in Oregon high school basketball game

Ione’s Hunter Padberg led all scorers with 19 points as the Cardinals beat Pine Eagle Spartans 51-34 in a game at Ione high school .

Padberg’s points came on 8 field goals and 3 of 6 free throws during the game.

Jasper Wagner added 6. while Ione improved their record to 1-0.

Ione will host Griswold on Saturday Dec. 1 at 5:30pm.
