North Medford’s Jett Carpenter led all scorers with 23 points as the Black Tornado beat Grants Pass Cavemen 71-56 in a game.

Carpenter’s points came on 7 field goals, 2 three pointers and 3 of 6 free throws during the game.

Korbin Lopez added 10. Grants Pass fell to 3-11 overall while North Medford improved their record to 6-4.
