Hudson's Bay edges La Salle 31-28

Brian Perez’Tinoco picked up 223 passing yards and threw for 2 touchdowns to help Hudson’s Bay to a 31-28 win over La Salle on Friday night at Kiggins.

The Eagles also recieved vital efforts from Carter Morse who caught 4 passes for 145 yards and 1 touchdown and Akilotoa Kaimatule who rushed 10 times for 98 yards and 1 touchdown.

La Salle’s QB Justin Owens threw for 135 yards and 1 touchdown, RB JJ Menor picked up 97 rushing yards and 1 touchdown and WR Donte’ Brooks had 158 receiving yards and 2 touchdowns.

With the loss, La Salle falls to 0-1 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Hudson’s Bay travels to Rochester, WA to challenge the Rochester Warriors on Friday September 8 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
