Camas cruises by Central Catholic 35-13

QB Kyle Allen had 249 passing yards and threw for 3 touchdowns to lead Camas to a 35-13 win over Central Catholic on Friday night at Hillsboro.

The Papermakers also recieved impressive efforts from WR Drake Owen who caught 11 passes for 188 yards and 2 touchdowns and LB Will Schulz who rushed 23 times for 85 yards and 1 touchdown.

Central Catholic’s QB Cade Knighton threw for 97 yards and 1 touchdown, RB Miles Jackson picked up 64 rushing yards and 1 touchdown and WR Silas Starr had 50 receiving yards and 1 touchdown.

The win helps Camas improve to 1-0 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Camas travels to Sherwood, OR to take on the Sherwood Bowmen on Friday September 8 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
