Madison cruises by Franklin 45-0

RB DaMarzhe’ Nelson had 216 rushing yards and scored 1 touchdown to lead Madison to a 45-0 win over Franklin on Friday night.

The Senators also recieved crucial efforts from RB Marquis Sampson who completed 12 passes for 235 yards and 3 touchdowns and RB Mike Noil who rushed 5 times for 95 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Franklin’s QB Cliff Carlsen threw for 10 yards, WR Kainen Fiarito picked up 16 rushing yards and WR Dee Clayton had 9 receiving yards.

With the loss, Franklin falls to 2-6 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Franklin will take on the Cleveland Warriors at home on Friday October 27 at 7:30pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
