Franklin crushes Wilson 47-7

QB Cliff Carlsen racked up 135 passing yards and threw for 3 touchdowns to help Franklin to a 47-7 win over Wilson on Friday night at Franklin High School.
The Quakers also recieved major efforts from RB Anthony Wilson who rushed 14 times for 120 yards and 1 touchdown and WR Gab Fields who caught 5 passes for 98 yards and 3 touchdowns.
Wilson’s Ben Fowler threw for 2 yards, Tavares Tims picked up 47 rushing yards and Cameron Tindell had 4 receiving yards and 1 touchdown.
The win helps Franklin improve to 2-4 on the season while Wilson falls to 0-6. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
Franklin will take on the Madison Senators at home on Friday October 20 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
Wilson will challenge the Grant Generals at home on Thursday October 12 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
