Lincoln cruises by Cleveland 58-6

Cedric Armstrong picked up 89 rushing yards and scored 1 touchdown to guide Lincoln to a 58-6 win over Cleveland on Friday night at Cleveland High School.

The Cardinals also recieved impressive efforts from Ethan Stahl who rushed 1 time for 57 yards and 1 touchdown and Daniel Kovalev who rushed 3 times for 38 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Cleveland’s RB Michael Wallace picked up 64 rushing yards and 1 touchdown.

The win helps Lincoln improve to 3-2 on the season while Cleveland falls to 2-3. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Lincoln travels to Portland, OR to face off against the Grant Generals on Friday October 20 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
