Tigard cruises by Lakeridge 48-19

Tigard -

RB Spencer Smith accumulated 147 rushing yards and scored 2 touchdowns to lead Tigard to a 48-19 win over Lakeridge on Friday night at Tigard.

The Tigers also recieved helpful efforts from RB Malcolm Stockdale who rushed 18 times for 127 yards and 4 touchdowns and QB Drew Carter who completed 3 passes for 102 yards and 1 touchdown.

Lakeridge’s QB Charlie Maynes threw for 56 yards, RB Jalen John picked up 112 rushing yards and 2 touchdowns and Matt Peterson had 32 receiving yards.

The win helps Tigard improve to 4-1 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Tigard travels to West Linn, OR to take on the West Linn Lions on Friday October 6 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
