Milwaukie edges La Salle 36-34

La Salle -

RB Chazz Amundson racked up 208 rushing yards to help Milwaukie to a 36-34 win over La Salle on Friday night.

The Mustangs also recieved vital efforts from QB Grey Andreasen-VanOtten who completed 6 passes for 102 yards and 2 touchdowns and RB Logan LaPine who caught 2 passes for 72 yards.

La Salle’s QB Justin Owens threw for 90 yards and 1 touchdown, RB JJ Menor picked up 61 rushing yards and 1 touchdown and WR Donte’ Brooks had 90 receiving yards and 3 touchdowns.

With the loss, La Salle falls to 3-3 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Milwaukie travels to Hillsboro, OR to challenge the Hillsboro Spartans on Thursday October 12 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
