Barlow defeats Grant 38-20

RB Gustavo Garcia racked up 296 rushing yards and scored 3 touchdowns to help Barlow to a 38-20 win over Grant on Friday night.

The Bruins also received impressive efforts from WR Josh Nomie who caught 1 pass for 1 yard and 1 touchdown and QB Kyle Markham who completed 1 pass for 1 yard and 1 touchdown.

Grant’s QB Logan Going threw for 130 yards and 2 touchdowns and WR Will Bachman had 99 receiving yards and 1 touchdown.

With the loss, Grant falls to 1-4 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Barlow travels to Gresham, OR to take on the Centennial Eagles on Thursday October 11 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
