Benson Tech’s Tayler Lyday led all scorers with 26 points as the Techmen beat Franklin 78-37 in a game at Franklin.”

Lyday’s points came on 12 field goals and 2 of 9 free throws during the game.

Franklin was led by Bria Dixson’s 13 points and Mo Lyona added 10. Franklin fell to 4-10 overall while Benson Tech improved their record to 7-3.

Franklin’s next game is scheduled to be played at Jefferson on Friday Jan. 26 at 7:15pm versus Jefferson. Benson Tech will host LINCOLN on Monday Jan. 22 at 7:15pm.
