Springfield defeats Lakeridge 53-40

Springfield’s cielo Gonzalez led all scorers with 21 points as the Millers beat Lakeridge 53-40 in a game at lake Oswego HS.”

Gonzalez’s points came on 3 field goals, 3 three pointers and 6 of 10 free throws during the game.

Lakeridge was led by Laura Barton’s 11 points and Brooke Clinton added 9. Lakeridge fell to 7-3 overall while Springfield improved their record to 0-0.

Lakeridge’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Friday Jan. 5 at 7:15pm versus Lake Oswego.
