The L.A. City Section was known for birthing all-stars, from Don Drysdale and Gail Goodrich to Warren Moon and Keyshawn Johnson. Today, Crenshaw and Dorsey high schools are fighting to stay afloat. The Dorsey high school program once dressed 80 kids on Friday nights and could have three D1 tailbacks on the roster at the same time, now the football program has just 20 athletes.
