TACOMA — Hailey Hyatt's go-ahead jumper rolled in with about five seconds left to lift Arlington over Shorecrest, 50-49, in the 3A girls state quarterfinals on Thursday night at the Tacoma Dome.

QUARTERFINAL HIGHLIGHTS, TOP PERFORMERS, PHOTOS

Her 17 points on 6 of 10 shooting helped cut away Shorecrest's early lead. Arlington plays Garfield in the 3A state semifinals at 9 p.m. Friday.
