Al Aldridge has been out of the high school coaching game since 2012, but still to this day preaches to up and coming players the importance of playing high school basketball.

Aldridge led the Prairie High School girls basketball program to six state championships and finished with a career 710-134 record over the course of 32 years. Now a club coach, Aldridge joined Dan Dickau on Friday's episode of The Iso podcast to talk about his accomplished coaching career, his thoughts on AAU coaches encroaching on players' high school experiences and more.

The Iso with Dan Dickau is a podcast presented by SBLive Sports and the Bleav Podcast Network, which publishes weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Dickau, a former Gonzaga All-American, NBA vet-turned basketball analyst interviews experts all corners of the sports world from coaches, front office executives to athletes about untold stories, memories and experiences.
